Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Outpost, a product of LaunchWings. By creating an account or installing Outpost into your Slack, Linear, or GitHub workspace, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service description. Outpost spawns a persistent AI deputy per customer-engagement to assist Forward-Deployed Engineering teams. The deputy drafts; the FDE approves. Outpost does not take autonomous customer-facing actions.

Account & access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use Outpost to violate any law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or process data you are not authorised to share with our sub-processors.

Fees. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per customer-engagement, as agreed in your order form. Design-partner pricing is $1,000 per engagement per month; list pricing is $1,500.

Termination.Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless applicable law requires longer retention.

Warranty disclaimer.Outpost is provided “as is.” The deputy is a drafting assistant; the customer remains responsible for reviewing and approving any output before it is sent externally.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice 30 days before they take effect.
