Privacy Policy

Outpost (“Outpost,” “we,” “our”) is a product of LaunchWings. This policy describes what data Outpost collects when an FDE team installs the product into their Slack, Linear, and GitHub workspaces, and how that data is stored and used.

Data we collect. When you authorise Outpost against Slack, Linear, or GitHub, we read only the channels, projects, and repositories you explicitly grant access to. We do not request scopes beyond what is required to draft the workflows described on this site.

How we use the data. Data is used to draft customer status updates and triage eval failures on behalf of your FDE team. Drafts are persisted so the deputy maintains per-engagement memory across weeks; nothing is shared across customer-engagements or across customers of Outpost.

Sub-processors. Outpost is built on Vercel (hosting), Neon (Postgres), Supabase (auth), and Anthropic (LLM inference). We do not sell data to third parties.

Retention. Customer-engagement memory is retained for the lifetime of the engagement in your account. You can request deletion at any time via the contact email below; we will delete within 30 days.

Security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Deputy actions are audit-logged and exportable on request.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data Outpost holds on behalf of your team. Contact us at the email below to do so.

Children. Outpost is a B2B product not intended for use by individuals under 18.

Changes. We will post any material change to this policy on this page and notify active customers by email.
